RESUME
Henry Mintzberg est une figure de référence internationale dans le domaine de la sociologie des organisations. Les modèles qu’il a élaborés permettent de mieux comprendre le fonctionnement d’une organisation. Il fait de plus en plus autorité en matière de compréhension des organisations. Il sera donc question dans cet article d’analyser les théories de cet auteur dans le cadre du domaine de l’étude des Organisations en tenant compte particulièrement de l’approche systémique.

SUMMARY
Henry Mintzberg is an international reference figure in the field of sociology of organizations. The models he has developed provide a better understanding of how an organization works. It is becoming more and more authoritative in understanding organizations. This article will therefore discuss the author’s theories in the field of the study of Organizations with particular reference to the systemic approach.
