RESUME
Cette étude fait une évaluation critique des différentes politiques étrangères de la République Démocratique du Congo depuis son accession à la troisième République. La contextualisation de chaque politique étrangère et la volatilité de la situation politique et son évolution induit de nombreuses incertitudes sécuritaires malgré l’enclenchement du processus de démocratisation initié dans les années 2006. L’analyse des enjeux et défis de chaque période de la politique étrangère constitue l’objectif principal de cette étude.

SUMMARY
This study makes a critical assessment of the different foreign policies of the Democratic Republic of Congo since its accession to the Third Republic. The contextualization of each foreign policy and the volatility of the political situation and its evolution lead to many security uncertainties despite the engagement of the democratization process initiated in the years 2006. The analysis of the issues and challenges of each period of foreign policy constitutes the main objective of this study.
