RESUME
La RDC est le pays le pays le plus riche en eau d’Afrique. Ceci lui impose d’exercer une Hydro-Diplomatie agissante, notamment dans la Commission du Golfe de Guinée pour en tirer profit pour son positionnement géostratégique. Comme défis de son hydro-diplomatie dans cette organisation nous pouvons citer la pesanteur financière, sa présence absente dans l’organisation, l’insécurité croissante dans la Région et la méconnaissance de l’hydro-diplomatie. Quant aux enjeux nous pouvons évoquer la budgétisation conséquente de ce secteur, l’effort de déplacement des experts dans la structure, l’implication de tous les experts en la matière, et le renforcement des capacités des experts.

ABSTRACT
The DRC is the most water-rich country in Africa. This means that it has to exercise active hydro-diplomacy, particularly in the Gulf of Guinea Commission, in order to take advantage of its geostrategic position. The challenges to its hydro-diplomacy in this organisation include the financial burden, its absence from the organisation, the growing insecurity in the region and the lack of knowledge of hydro-diplomacy. As far as the challenges are concerned, we can mention the consistent budgeting of this sector, the effort to move experts within the structure, the involvement of all the experts in the field, and the strengthening of the experts’ capacities.
