RESUME
Il est question dans cet article d’étudier et démonter les similitudes, des isomorphismes qui existent dans le système léopoldien et post-léopoldien au Congo Kinshasa. A l’époque léopoldienne, le pays était considéré comme une propriété privée du roi des Belges Léopold II. Il a donc fait, en d’autres termes, une compagnisation de l’Etat pour exploiter et satisfaire ses besoins individuels et égoïstes à la place des intérêts du peuple et du pays. Cette manière de faire, a été perpétuée par différents régimes qui se sont succédé après l’indépendance en commençant par celui de Kasa-Vubu, Mobutu, LD Kabila et celui de Kabila, même mode opératoire de l’accession au pouvoir, dans la gestion et dans la perte du pouvoir politique. Rien de différent, rien que la perpétuation ou la pérennisation du système léopoldien, aucune résilience mais plutôt l’Etat-compagnie continu à extraire les minerais et autres ressources naturelles au profit d’eux-mêmes ou les sociétés multinationales pendant que le peuple croupi dans la misère extrême.

SUMMARY
It is a question in this article of studying and dismantling the similarities, of the isomorphisms which exist in the Leopoldian and post-Leopoldian system in Congo Kinshasa. n the Leopoldian era, the country was considered a private property of the King of the Belgians Leopold II. He therefore made, in other words, a compagnisation of the State to exploit and satisfy his individual and selfish needs instead of the interests of the people and the country. This way of doing things has been perpetuated by different regimes which succeeded each other after independence, starting with that of Kasa-Vubu, Mobutu, LD Kabila and that of Kabila, the same modus operandi for accession to power, in the management and in the loss of political power. Nothing different, nothing but the perpetuation or perpetuation of the Leopoldian system, no resilience but rather the company-state continues to extract minerals and other natural resources for the benefit of themselves or multinational corporations while the people languish in extreme misery.
