RESUME
La RDC est un Etat d’Afrique centrale qui a beaucoup d’atouts pour pousser les autres vers une intégration poussée. Cependant, ce grand Etat d’Afrique subsaharienne est butté à des obstacles d’ordre interne et externe. Pourtant, à en croire les observateurs, la seule alternative pouvant aider le Continent à se développer c’est le réveil de l’Etat congolais. Ainsi donc, pour permettre aux dirigeants de rentabiliser les moyens de réussite de la RDC, il faut procéder par l’activation des facteurs positifs d’intégration afin d’éviter les rivalités qui ternissent la cohésion dans le pays d’Afrique, en général et ceux d’Afrique centrale, en particulier.
