RESUME
Cet article est une proposition d’un paradigme nouveau dans les relations américano-congolaises à l’ère de la mondialisation afin de sortir ce pays des traumatismes historiques qu’il a subis pendant la grande nuit de la traite négrière, au cœur des ténèbres de la colonisation et du néo-colonialisme, dans l’antre féroce et cruel du néolibéralisme avec comme conséquences directes sa déshumanisation, son inhumanisation, son incapacitation, sa zombification, son décervelage collectif et son anéantissement purement et simplement. D’où la nécessite de la naissance d’une élite sortie résolument du paradigme de la défaite avec la tâche de créer le pouvoir intelligent et d’organiser une gouvernance pour le développement.

ABSTRACT
This paper is a proposal for a new paradigm in American-Congolese relations in the era of globalization, in order to extricate this country from the historical traumas it suffered during the great night of the slave trade, in the heart of the darkness of colonization and neo-colonialism, in the ferocious and cruel lair of neoliberalism, with its direct consequences of dehumanization, inhumanization, incapacitation, zombification, collective brainwashing and outright annihilation. Hence the need for an elite to emerge resolutely from the paradigm of defeat, with the task of creating intelligent power and organizing governance for development.
