RESUME
La Russie a de façon évolutive émergé en 1990-1991 sur la scène internationale. C’est le résultat de ses choix politiques et diplomatiques, mieux, stratégiques. Sa position centrale dans le monde et ses atouts en termes des matières premières sans compter l’immensité de son territoire, sa géopolitique l’ont aidé à signer son retour sur la scène internationale, retrouvant ainsi un rôle plus conforme à ses ambitions. Elle participe désormais à la multi-polarisation du monde et estime avoir enfin retrouvé son rang de grande puissance.

ABSTRACT
Russia emerged on the international scene in 1990-1991. This is the result of its political and diplomatic, or rather strategic, choices. Its central position in the world and its assets in terms of raw materials, not to mention the immensity of its territory and its geopolitics, have helped it to make a comeback on the international scene, thereby regaining a role more in line with its ambitions. It is now playing its part in the multi-polarisation of the world and believes that it has finally regained its status as a great power.
