RESUME
Cet article retrace en quelque sorte le rôle que devrait, en principe, jouer la RD Congo, ainsi que les opportunités lui offertes par ce même canal dans la mesure où le continent étant tourné vers l’extérieur, son économie reste et demeure extravertie. C’est ainsi que s’approprier de cette étude peut constituer un point de départ pour la construction d’un leadership éclairé dans le continent entier, mais aussi pour la RD Congo.

ABSTRACT
In a way, this paper traces the role that the DR Congo should in principle play, but also the opportunities offered to it by this same channel insofar as the continent is turned towards the outside world, and its economy remains extraverted. Taking on board this research could be a starting point for building enlightened leadership throughout the continent, but also, and more specifically, for the DR Congo.
