RESUME
Depuis son avènement au pouvoir, la stature d’Erdoğan ne cesse de grandir et de bousculer les équilibres géopolitiques et géostratégiques. Il est devenu dans si peu de temps, l’architecte du nouveau rêve turc. Cette réflexion évoque les aspects précis de la communication diplomatique de Tayyip Erdoğan. Les relations internationales pensées et voulues par les maîtres du monde comme un outil puissant pour régenter les Etats en quête d’une vraie indépendance fixent de codes de bonne conduite qui réduisent certains dirigeants du monde comme les suppôts des maitres du jeu international. Qui a inventé la tournure diplomatique ? Est-ce que tous les dirigeants sont-ils tenus à recourir aux mêmes litotes diplomatiques et aux discours feutres ? Y-a-t-il pas possibilité de voir le monde autrement par de lunettes qui ne sont pas occidentales ? Ces questions certainement ont toujours taraudé la tête d’Erdogan, raison pour laquelle, sur ce point-là, sa personnalité détonne. Ici, il est question de cogiter sur la personnalité de Recep Tayyip Erdogan et sa vision des relations internationales contemporaines. Surtout en ce qui concerne le dossier de l’adhésion de la Turquie en Union Européenne, il souffle le chaud et le froid, prenant la France, l’Allemagne et la Belgique à contre-pied. Ce grand leader fait et défait les alliances sans n’y voir aucune contradiction. Avec Tayyip Erdoğan, les relations entre les Etats sont souvent faites de ruptures et de rabibochages.

SUMMARY
Since its rise to power, Erdoğan’s stature has been growing and upsetting the geopolitical and geostrategic balances. He became in such a short time the architect of the new Turkish dream. This reflection evokes the specific aspects of Tayyip Erdoğan’s diplomatic communication. The international relations thought and desired by the masters of the world as a powerful tool to govern the states in search of a true independence set codes of good conduct that reduce some leaders of the world like the henchmen of the masters of the international game. Who invented the diplomatic turn? Are all leaders obliged to resort to the same diplomatic litany and felted speeches? Is there no possibility to see the world differently by glasses that are not Western? These questions certainly have always tapped the head of Erdogan, which is why his personality stands out in this respect. Here, it is a question of cogiting on the personality of Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his vision of contemporary international relations. Especially with regard to Turkey’s accession to the European Union, it is blowing hot and cold, taking France, Germany and Belgium against the background. This great leader makes and breaks the alliances without seeing any contradiction. With Tayyip Erdoğan, relations between states are often made of breaks and rabibacities.
