RESUME
Cet article s’emploie, par conséquent, à proposer une nouvelle surface d’intégration en Afrique. Pour ce faire, l’accent est mis sur la reconstruction géographique des espaces intégrateurs. Partant de l’hypothèse selon laquelle les bassins hydrologiques ont toujours été le berceau de grandes civilisations et le carrefour des peuples. Il est question de procéder à un morcellement efficient des espaces sous-régionaux sur une base hydropolitique. Dans ces espaces hydro politiques reconstruits, la RD Congo, en tant que première province hydrologique et aquifère du continent africain, peut devenir un Etat pivot en vue de l’intégration régionale.

ABSTRACT
This article therefore seeks to propose a new surface for integration in Africa. To this end, the focus is on the geographical reconstruction on integrating spaces. Based on the assumption that water basins have always been the cradle of great civilisations and the crossroads of peoples. The aim is to efficiently divide up sub-regional areas on a hydro-political basis. In these reconstructed hydro-political spaces, the DR Congo, as the first hydrological and aquifer province of the African continent, can become a pivotal state for regional integration.
