RESUME
L’article examine les entraves institutionnelles qui empêchent l’opposition parlementaire en République démocratique du Congo (RDC) d’exercer pleinement son rôle de contrôle, de représentation et d’alternative politique. Il situe le problème dans un contexte de transition démocratique inachevée, de personnalisation du pouvoir et d’institutions fragiles où les règles formelles coexistent avec des pratiques informelles limitant l’autonomie parlementaire.

ABSTRACT
This article examines the institutional obstacles that prevent the parliamentary opposition in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) from fully exercising its role of oversight, representation and political alternative. It places the problem in the context of an incomplete democratic transition, the personalisation of power and fragile institutions where formal rules coexist with informal practices that limit parliamentary autonomy.
