RESUME
Régionalisme constitutionnel ou décentralisation en République Démocratique du Congo, telle est la confusion entretenue sur la forme exacte de l’Etat congolais. De ce fait, cet article se donne la charge d’analyser l’évolution de la décentralisation en RDC, ensuite d’étudier la forme de l’Etat congolais au regard de la Constitution du 18 février 2006, puis d’évoquer les entités territoriales décentralisées dans la Constitution du 18 février 2006.

ABSTRACT
Constitutional regionalism or decentralisation in the Democratic Republic of Congo, such is the confusion about the exact form of the Congolese state. This article therefore sets out to analyse the evolution of decentralisation in the DRC, then to study the form of the Congolese state in the light of the Constitution of 18 February 2006, and then to discuss the decentralised territorial entities in the Constitution of 18 February 2006.
