RÉSUMÉ
Cet article analyse les possibilités d’exploitation didactique des thèmes contenus dans trois sketchs de la troupe théâtrale Maendeleo de Kindu-Maniema pour l’enseignement du français en 3ᵉ et 4ᵉ années des humanités. À partir des méthodes analytique, statistique et thématique, l’étude fait ressortir trois thèmes majeurs, à savoir : l’amour, le mariage et l’errance. Ils sont susceptibles de favoriser le développement des compétences linguistiques, discursives et socioculturelles des apprenants. Les résultats de l’enquête révèlent cependant une faible exploitation des textes dramatiques, liée notamment au manque de formation continue, à la routine pédagogique et à l’insuffisance de textes dramatiques dans les manuels scolaires. L’étude conclut que l’intégration des sketchs de Maendeleo dans les supports pédagogiques pourrait contribuer à améliorer l’enseignement du français tout en valorisant les réalités culturelles congolaises.

ABSTRACT
This article analyses the potential for using the themes contained in three sketches by the Maendeleo theatre troupe from Kindu-Maniema for teaching French in Years 3 and 4 of the humanities stream. Using analytical, statistical and thematic methods, the study identifies three major themes, namely: love, marriage and wandering. These are likely to promote the development of learners’ linguistic, discursive and socio-cultural skills. However, the findings reveal limited use of dramatic texts, linked in particular to a lack of continuing professional development, pedagogical routine and an insufficient number of dramatic texts in school textbooks. The study concludes that the integration of Maendeleo sketches into teaching materials could help to improve the teaching of French whilst promoting Congolese cultural realities.
